Arnold, II (Member) Mr. Arnold was born in Fort Smith, Arkansas on August 4, 1949. After graduating with a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Arkansas in Fayetteville in 1971, Mr. Arnold was employed in the Human Resources and Risk Management areas from 1972 through 1975. He was a member of the American Society of Safety Engineers and the Northwest Arkansas Personnel Association and was also the Industrial Safety Instructor at Westark Community College (now the University of Arkansas Fort Smith). Since 1978, Mr. Arnold's practice has primarily focused on providing legal representation to individuals, professionals, and businesses, along with their insurance carriers, in a variety of commercial and employment-related areas. In addition to providing advice to reduce or prevent potential legal disputes in business transactions and the workplace, Mr. Arnold provides a defense in litigated matters involving commercial transactions, products liability, discrimination, harassment, wrongful discharge, professional malpractice, truck and motor vehicle collisions, and workers' compensation.
