Mr. Cogbill was born in Newport, Arkansas on July 28, 1943. Since entering the legal field in 1971, Mr. Cogbill has focused on providing legal representation to individuals, professionals, and businesses, along with their insurance carriers, in a variety of areas. In addition to providing advice to reduce or prevent potential legal disputes, Mr. Cogbill provides a defense in litigated matters involving medical malpractice, insurance, banking, and legal malpractice. Mr. Cogbill currently serves as a member of the Arkansas Supreme Court Committee on Professional Conduct; his continued concern for the ethics of the legal profession has proven indispensable at Ledbetter, Cogbill, Arnold & Harrison LLP.
