Ms. Rickard was born in Des Moines, Iowa on April 14, 1976. She attended Iowa State University where she graduated in 1999 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Journalism and Mass Communication (Public Relations emphasis). She received her Juris Doctorate in 2002 from the University of Arkansas School of Law, where she was a member of the National Moot Court team, Board of Advocates, Phi Alpha Delta, W.B. Putman American Inn of Court, and the National Order of the Barristers. Ms. Rickard became a member of the Arkansas Bar in 2002 and the Oklahoma Bar in 2003. Ms. Rickard is a member of the Sebastian County, Arkansas, Oklahoma, and American Bar Associations and the Defense Research Institute.
